MISCELLANEOUS SHOW EXPENSES
1. BOOTH FEES: Each booth has an 8' high back curtain and 3' side curtains.
Returning Exhibitors from last years show:
Deposit: $25 reserves a booth for you and is refundable until August 1.
Full Booth Payment is due by August 1 and is nonrefundable.
Late Fee: $25 is added to your balance on August 2. After August 1, your booth will no longer be held without full payment. The late fee does not apply to new applications received after August 1.
New Exhibitors (No Commercial products allowed)
Handcrafted products can be juried into the show from January up until the show date in November. This show fills up fairly fast, but throughout the year we usually have some cancellations which creates some open booth spaces. Please email us at [email protected] or call (360) 731-2628.

10 x 15 $30.00
10 x 20 $40.00
3. COMMISSION FEE:
A 12% commission will be charged to all exhibitors. The amount will be determined by an "honor system" and is turned in at the end of the show. You subtract your booth fee (excluding electricity, tables, chairs) from your total sales. The forms will be included in your packet in your booth at check in.
4. TABLE AND CHAIR RENTALS:
8' table and 1 chair $ 12.00
extra table $ 10.00
extra chair $ 2.00
5. RV PARKING:
Please contact us at (360) 731-2628 You must do this prior to the event weekend. There are a limited number of spaces available with electricity. First come, first served. (No water is available)
6. POTENTIAL FEE INCREASES
Each year the Kitsap County Fairgrounds reviews their facility fee schedule and notifies us of their fees. If there are any significant increases, which in turn makes us increase booth costs, or other costs, you will be notified. A full refund will be given if you request one within 30 days of notification.

- 10 x 15 $195 plus $30 for electricity
- 10 x 20 $260 plus $40 for electricity
